You can print your postage as many times as you’d like. If you are printing multiple labels, we encourage you to check and make sure that they all have a unique label number.
Do I have to sign up or create an account?
Just enter the TO and FROM address
No. Just enter the TO and FROM address and send your package. It’s that easy.
Can I buy my postage anonymously?
Use anonymizers such as TOR or other networks
Yes. We need name and email at check-out to process refunds or terminated browsers prior to postage receipt. You can continue without inputting this information at your own risk. Customers wishing to remain anonymous can use anonymizers such as TOR. Transactions without valid contact information cannot be refunded. Consider Monero to remain anonymous.

What is your return policy?
Refunds within 14 days of purchase
Unused labels can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact us with tracking number or order number and a bitcoin address to refund. Issues generating your labels, or you did not receive it, we will refund as soon as possible. Labels generated successfully, will require confirm with carriers the package was not mailed, which takes up to 3 weeks.
Can I ship Phones/Lithium Batteries with all carriers?
No! Only USPS
No! Currently we do not recommend or allow Phones or Lithium Batteries to be shipped with any carrier other than USPS. All other carriers have very stringent policies as to how Lithium Batteries are to be shipped, and we therefor do not allow or recommend using our service to ship phones via any other carrier.
